STUDENT GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE (SGRC)
As per the UGC guidelines a Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) has been constituted. It aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. Students can reach out to SGRC with their grievances, if any, regarding academic matters related to their study in the campus through an online grievance form.
The Grievances Redressal Committee will respond to grievance raised by students who are either presently enrolled or have previously been enrolled in one of the academic programmes offered by the college, or who are presently in the process of applying to such programmes.
PROCEDURE FOR REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES:
- Complaint raised by a student should be addressed to the chairperson of the SGRC.
- In considering the grievances before it, the SGRC shall follow principles of natural justice.
- The SGRC shall send report with recommendations, if any, to the Institution and a copy thereof to the aggrieved student within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
- Any student aggrieved by the decision of the SGRC may prefer an appeal to the Ombudsperson, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of such decision.

Student Grievances & Ragging Redressal Committee has been reconstituted with the following members with immediate effect for the academic year 2024-2025 till further orders. The Committee members are asked to monitor the students’ discipline and redress the students’ grievances.
